Where to stay

If you’re travelling to celebrate with us, there are several lovely places to stay near the venue. Claypole is a small village, but the nearby town of Newark-on-Trent (about a 10–15 minute drive) offers a wider range of accommodation.

  • Beaumond Cross Inn – A stylish boutique inn in the centre of Newark-on-Trent with comfortable rooms and a great restaurant.

  • No.31 Castle Gate – A small, characterful hotel close to Newark Castle and the town’s historic market square.

  • Premier Inn Newark – A reliable and budget-friendly option just outside the town centre.

  • Travelodge Newark-on-Trent – Another affordable option with easy access to the venue.

Newark has plenty of taxis and is only a short drive from the venue, making it a convenient place to stay for the weekend.

Getting there

By car

Claypole is around a 10–15 minute drive from Newark and is easily accessible from the A1. There is parking available at the village hall and nearby within the village. There is a small car park on site and street parking around the venue.
